Komal Sahani
Registered Massage Therapist
Komal is a Registered Massage Therapist and proud member of the NHPC who brings a calm, thoughtful, and personalized approach to every treatment.
For Komal, massage therapy is not simply about working on sore muscles. It starts with listening. She takes the time to understand what you are feeling, what may be causing your discomfort, and what you hope to get from your session. From there, she adapts each treatment to you.
Whether you are dealing with ongoing pain, recovering from an injury, experiencing muscle tension, struggling with sciatica or shoulder discomfort, looking for prenatal massage, or simply needing time to relax and recharge, Komal works to make every session comfortable and purposeful.
A graduate of the National Institute in Ontario, Komal combines her clinical knowledge with a gentle, intuitive touch. Depending on your needs, she may also incorporate techniques such as deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, or hot stones to help reduce tension and promote relaxation.
What patients appreciate most about Komal is her ability to make them feel comfortable and heard. She believes there is no standard treatment that works for everyone, because every person and every body is different.
When she is not at the clinic, Komal enjoys spending time outdoors, reconnecting with nature, and enjoying relaxed time with family and friends.
